Tenant Find + Rent Collect

"WE COLLECT, YOU FIX"

This service covers the sourcing / screening of tenants and tenancy agreements with the addition of rent collection.

The compliance and maintenance is covered by the landlord.

Cleaning

Our cleaning service involves a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of the property.

Our cleaners will meticulously clean and disinfect all areas ensuring to create a pristine and inviting space helping landlords attract new tenants with confidence.

Regulatory Certificates

We will arrange for appointments to be completed to ensure the EPC / Gas / EICR certificates are always compliant and valid.

Note:
EPC is valid for 10 years = £100
EICR is valid for 5 years = £115
Gas Certificate is valid for 1 year = £100

Inspection Reports

Our property inspection service is available to all client landlords and agents alike. We conduct comprehensive inspections throughout the full term of the tenancy, including Check-in/Check-out Inventories and mid-term visits.
